Glen responded from Atlas Plumbing Agency to complete a second opinion on two breaks that I have in my waste pipeline. He completed a total inspection to include cameras in both exterior lines. I feel that I may have creeped him out by standing behind him viewing the camera. It did not bother him at all. Excellent service and patience. With a major issue like this one, it will cause alarm to any homeowner and requires immediate attention. Glen was awesome! He used an ultrasonic tool inside the kitchen that located the area of concern. I will be recommending this company in my neighborhood community app. They have very good reviews, and I am more confident after Glen's assessment and evaluation. Almost forgot, Glen arrived within the hour; the price was very reasonable considering the extent/scope of my circumstance. He also sent a text and email to include a picture of who would be responding! Invaluable! I appreciate honesty and integrity!
