Had a major plumbing issue with my water softener
Had a major plumbing issue with my water softener membrane deteriorating and spitting little chunks into my water lines. All my faucets and toilets started leaking and eventually clogged up. In calling around Atlas: (1) Came the same day even though I called at 2-3 p.m., (2) Did not charge me $90 to do a diagnostic, (3) Had a quote half the price of the other quote I got, and (4) did the work the next day.
Glenn was super nice, very understanding, and was able to rehab some stuff we thought might need replacing. He came back twice, the same day I called, to address issues and proactively did a more thorough cleaning of the washing machine even though I hadn't asked for it.
