Rod is the best. He diagnosed our inline water heater on a previous visit, correcting the issue at that time. It has been some time, so we called Atlas for a scheduled maintenance service call on the water heating system and also to shorten a cheesy water line and replace an inferior spigot. Alex was absolutely outstanding!!! I've used the same service company that installed the Rinnai. In 4 years, they never recognized that there were issues with the machine. Frequently, I experienced both the hottest and the coldest shower... all within a 30 second span. Water flow always seemed weak, and I would have to turn the shower all the way to hot to get a warm, warm flow shower. That changed today. I made the decision to use a different service company and used the Rinnai website to find alternatives. The closest company was Atlas. I called; Joe answered the phone and told me that they would be at the house in about an hour. Alex, the service tech, sent me a profile prior to arrival. He showed up dressed professionally, including a bow tie! It took him less than 5 minutes to identify a multiple number of issues. He fixed the issues and flushed the machine in about 2 hours. I took my first shower in the fixed machine... it's a different world! Strong hot water flow throughout the shower! The experience I had expected 4 years ago when I bought this machine. I am tremendously happy with the service from Atlas and Alex is absolutely top notch!!!

Justin was our plumber. He replaced a Ruud hot water heater under warranty (leak started 4.25 years after install, under 6-year warranty). Work was performed during the same day as my request for service. He was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and arrived with all required tools. He did an excellent job cleaning up the work area and double-checked to assure all work was functioning as expected before leaving.

My hot water heater blew out unexpectedly and I had no idea who to call. I looked up plumbers on Google and found Atlas. With a good rating and tons of reviews, I decided to give them a try. From my first call with Jennifer, everything was working out perfectly. They had someone to my door within an hour and my tech Justin Lindsay was prompt and knowledgeable. He had my water heater changed out in about 2.5 hours. He did a neat, clean job and everything is working and back to normal. I will certainly use Atlas again for any plumbing needs.

Justin Lindsay was our technician. He advised me when to expect him. He advised me of what caused the water leak and what needed to be done to fix it. He told me that he would take about 2 hours to get another water heater and then install it. His estimate was spot on. He changed the water shutoff valve and water lines without increasing the cost estimate. Overall, an excellent job. I highly recommend his work.

Exceeded My Expectations May 7, 2025

Atlas Plumbing not only met but exceeded my expectations. Our hot water tank ruptured on a Saturday. I called Home Depot for installers and was told Atlas is their preferred contractor. I can see why. They were there first thing Sunday morning, and by Monday afternoon, I had hot water again. We decided to do away with the archaic hot water tank and went with a tankless water heater. Their employees were professional, friendly, and very helpful with making our decision. I had a few quotes from other plumbing companies, but Atlas was honest about the job costs. I’m so happy that I chose to use Atlas Plumbing, and they will be our plumbers for future needs. Bye bye dinosaur!

They were able to see me on a Saturday morning (same-day appointment), which I really appreciated. Glenn was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through everything he was doing. Great job! I had a random code 11 error on my Rinnai tankless heater. Found Atlas Plumbing from Rinnai’s website and gave them a call. Shayne came out and explained what he’s going to do first before escalating the problem. The heater was flushed. During the flush, he showed me all the calcium deposits that can cause the issue that I was experiencing. It took him an hour to complete the job. So far, everything is working well and Shayne did a wonderful job. I’ll be using them again for my future plumbing needs.

I had an issue come up with my fairly new Rheem tankless water heater. Eliseo from Atlas came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. It wasn’t a problem with my tankless, as Rheem had suggested, but was a problem with another valve in the house allowing cross connection between the hot and cold lines. No charge for the diagnosis. And the other plumber who installed the cross connected valve came back and corrected the problem. Atlas could have taken advantage of me and sold me stuff I didn’t need. They could’ve charged me some coin just for coming out. But they didn’t. That’s a sign of honesty. And honesty means everything today. Atlas has earned a lifetime customer.

And they also came back the next morning and replaced the hot water heater. Agustin Vargas was a very accommodating and extremely customer-friendly guy. Update: Juan came out today to perform maintenance on our tankless water heater and it was a great experience. The quote for the service was reasonable and the service performed was excellent. My tankless water heater started acting up, and today it stopped working altogether. I needed a plumber if I enjoy hot water. I went to the Henderson chamber website directory to find a colleague in the chamber. This company was my first call. The service advisor was outstanding, even moved some appointments around to make sure I get covered today. The two techs showed up early before the window, which was great. They were thorough and efficient and got right to the problem. They were great at explaining exactly what the problem was and why it happened. Everything is working fantastic now; tomorrow morning I will have a hot shower before I start the day!

Tankless Water Heater Instantly Fixed Mar 6, 2024

After two other plumbers came over and could not figure out how to fix our recirculation system for our tankless instant-on hot water heater, Glenn came by and, wow, what a rockstar. First off, he actually listened to my explanation of the problem and what we'd been through and when things changed. Second, he came up with a theory of the problem and figured out what was wrong almost immediately (after two other companies had no clue). And third, he fixed it, same-day, including picking up a part from a local warehouse! I couldn't believe it. Our tankless water heater is now instantly hot and working like it's new, and we've asked Glenn to come back for some other fixes, too. We are so lucky we found him!

As a General Contractor, I see Atlas trucks around. Their guys and equipment always look professional and like they are ready to work, so when my tankless water heater died one morning, I called Atlas. Amazingly, they were able to take care of me the same day. They sent a young guy named Tony. I was very impressed (not easy to do) with his knowledge and his attitude. He called Rheem tech support, and between the two of them, they figured out an unheard of problem and fixed it. Price was a good value, quality of the work was awesome.

I called Atlas Plumbing on a Saturday because my water heater had broken the night before, so I had no hot water in my house. I didn’t expect anyone to be able to come out to fix it until Monday. Not only was Atlas able to come out on a Saturday, but they were at my house within the hour. The licensed plumber that they sent was very polite and knowledgeable, and he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff that I didn’t need. He found me a new water heater across town, went and picked it up, brought it back, and installed it all within about an hour and a half. I am very impressed with this company.

Juan is a wonderful plumber. He helped us with a water heater issue. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. He diagnosed the problem with the leaking supply line and installed our new water heater. He double-checked everything and was reassuring. He went above and beyond to help us. I have had the best experience with Atlas Plumbing. I am from out of state and didn’t know any plumbers, so I feel so happy to have found Atlas Plumbing a couple of years ago.
