If I could give 5+ stars I would! Great customer service. Julian was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. We had a few issues under our kitchen sink, and a week later, Julian came back out and fixed it again. Unfortunately, we had another very small leak, and the manager, Glenn, ended up coming back out and inspecting everything himself. He inspected and repaired it and was so kind. No issues with their work at all. They were very respectful of our time and our property! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

They Exceeded Every Expectation I Had
I called this company for a plumbing leak that my mother had at her home, as I was out of town at the time. The gentleman that answered the phone was a true professional and very courteous as we explained the problem. He was very nice and said that a repairman would be at my mom's house that same day between 10 a.m. and noon. He also explained that there would be no charge for an estimate and on-site visit. In addition, he also stated that the plumber would be ready to repair the problem that same moment, if we agreed to the cost associated with the repair. This is a very respectable approach to doing business and extremely honest and fair. I will update this review once the job is completed as I anticipate 5 STAR service, based on my experience thus far. This is a family owned local business of 45 years! UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. The work was completed by Alex Gonzalez and he was extremely thoughtful, professional, and highly motivated. He was on time and his assessment of the situation and subsequent repair was top notch. I cannot say enough great things about this company, their employees, and the process. My 90-year-old mother lives in Vegas and I was in Florida at the time. I trusted Atlas Plumbing and they exceeded every expectation I had. Should we experience any other plumbing issues or needs in the future, I will immediately call Atlas Plumbing. These folks are the best.

Very Efficient Service
While I was getting ready to leave for 3 weeks, I saw water coming out under the garage door. I called, and they were there within a half hour. Got the leak stopped until I come back and can replace the water heater. Made it to the airport in plenty of time; they were very efficient.

Outstanding and superb work
Had a couple of leaks where my main connects to my irrigation system. I had to turn the water off at the street. I called Atlas and they sent Cameron out within an hour. He refitted my PEX main and redid all the underground PVC that had been compromised by roots. He was outstanding and did superb work. Had a chance to chat with him while he was waiting the 15 minutes for the 'glue' to set on the last 90 he had to install. He's a great guy to chat with. If I need a plumber again, I will absolutely call them and ask for him.

Quick Response from Atlas
Firstly, I appreciate Atlas' response on short notice. I had a leak in an exterior irrigation pipe that needed immediate attention. Shayne responded within 90 minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed the problem. After the repair was completed, I was about to settle the bill and bid him goodbye when the repair failed. Apparently, the PVC cement had not cured sufficiently before pressure was applied. A second repair was accomplished and the cement was allowed additional time to cure before water pressure was applied. A minor inconvenience only as long as the repair is successful. Again, I appreciate the quick response.

Words cannot express how grateful I am that Glenn is honest, professional, skilled, and knowledgeable! I had a flooded bedroom from a hot water pipe leak under the cement floor. He found the leak, refitted the piping through the walls and ceiling, and finished all of this in one day!! Not only will I use Atlas again and request Glenn, but I have already given his card out 3 times. Yesterday was my repair!!
