Had a major plumbing issue with my water softener Sep 10, 2025

Had a major plumbing issue with my water softener membrane deteriorating and spitting little chunks into my water lines. All my faucets and toilets started leaking and eventually clogged up. In calling around Atlas: (1) Came the same day even though I called at 2-3 p.m., (2) Did not charge me $90 to do a diagnostic, (3) Had a quote half the price of the other quote I got, and (4) did the work the next day. Glenn was super nice, very understanding, and was able to rehab some stuff we thought might need replacing. He came back twice, the same day I called, to address issues and proactively did a more thorough cleaning of the washing machine even though I hadn't asked for it.

If I could give 5+ stars I would! Great customer service. Julian was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. We had a few issues under our kitchen sink, and a week later, Julian came back out and fixed it again. Unfortunately, we had another very small leak, and the manager, Glenn, ended up coming back out and inspecting everything himself. He inspected and repaired it and was so kind. No issues with their work at all. They were very respectful of our time and our property! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.
